Our Story
Bradlone Support Services Ltd was founded by Alison Bradley, a highly experienced care professional with a passion for enabling adults to live independently and with dignity.
With over 20 years of experience working within the NHS and leading a domiciliary health and social care business, Alison has dedicated her career to improving the lives of adults in the community.
Alison holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and has worked as a Registered Manager, giving her a deep understanding of both the practical and regulatory landscape of care.
Her NHS background means she understands the pressures on statutory services and the gaps that can leave people without the support they need. Bradlone was founded to fill those gaps — providing flexible, compassionate, non-regulated support that complements existing care arrangements.
Alison's approach is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to be treated as an individual — with their own goals, preferences, and right to make choices about their own life.
I started Bradlone because I believe everyone deserves support that truly fits their life — not a one-size-fits-all package. My goal is simple: to help people live as independently and confidently as possible.
